Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Tylosia Advisors LLC ("Tylosia," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website. We have designed this site to collect as little personal information as possible.

Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us by email or through the website enquiry form, we receive the information you choose to send. The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type, optional preferred timing, and message content.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. This data is collected by our hosting and content delivery providers for security and performance purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.

How we use information

Form processing and service providers

Website enquiry form submissions are transmitted through Cloudflare Pages Functions, our hosting provider's serverless infrastructure, and delivered to us by Resend, a third-party email service provider that may process data in the United States. The current form implementation is designed to forward submissions by email and does not intentionally store form submissions in a website database or server-side application datastore.

Cloudflare, Resend, and any configured bot-protection provider may process limited technical information and submission data as necessary to transmit, secure, validate, and deliver the enquiry.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers who support our operations, with professional advisers, or where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data retention

We retain email correspondence, enquiry submissions delivered by email, and related information only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess, respond to, or manage the correspondence, or as required to meet legal, regulatory, or professional obligations.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
